Michael Schiele is the Associate Pastor of Growing in Grace Ministries, Inc. He has worked in ministry for over 28 years serving the church, families, men, couples, those incarcerated and the homeless. He believes the Call of God on an individual’s life is irrevocable and his mission is to help them discover, develop and fulfill that call to the fullest.
His greatest desire is to bring clarity and confidence in the Word of God as the ultimate source for our daily living. He believes the ministry of reconciliation is central to growing in grace and the unity of the faith which was the prayer of our Lord and Savior in John 17. This can only be accomplished through diligently seeking Christ daily knowing He is a rewarder of those that diligently seek Him.
Michael has served in the U.S. Army, worked in corporate America, served on multiple non-profit boards and led volunteer organizations for over 3 decades. Having lived and worked in 9 states and 14 countries, he is convinced there is One God, One Faith and One Baptism and Jesus will return for One Church.
